Explore alternative formats: Some teens might prefer online counselling or group sessions with peers. Remember, forcing a teenager into counselling rarely leads to positive outcomes. Speak with our practice manager: For concerns you feel uncomfortable discussing with your counselor, or if you're unsatisfied with the response, our practice manager is available to address your concerns. File a formal complaint: We have a formal complaint procedure in place. You can request details from our front desk staff.
